Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Payment Method

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all eligible orders within Pakistan.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2 to 4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat Shipping Rate: PKR 200
  • Free Shipping on orders above PKR 5000

Order Confirmation

Our team may contact customers via phone/SMS to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Failed Delivery / Reattempts

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

Parcel Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel before making payment where courier policy allows.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.
